Mariner Boathouse is located on Estaro Blvd Ft Myers beach. It has a total of 22 units(3 stories) on the gulf side overlooking the Gulf. Property is on the beach. The units are one bedroom with 2 full baths plus 2 bunk beds and a pull out sofa bed. Unit sleeps 6 very comfortably. Screened in patio overlooks the Gulf.All common amenities are on the premises.Advanatages of being a smaller site is it's friendly, family-oriented and great if you don't like the hassle of large crowds.

We purchased our two (2) weeks in 1986 for the price of $8000.00, deeded weeks 35&36 which are red float weeks and can be used from week 17 through 50.
