The Valley Isle Resort is located approximately 30 miles from the Kahului Airport on West Maui. It is situated on almost 300 feet of reef protected sandy beach. Valley Isle consists of 121 units, 21 of which are in the VI program. On-site amenities include a swimming pool and fitness center.

This is an incredible location, under 100 feet from the Ocean. The views are fabulous from every unit. I have stayed at this resort 2 times and am booked for 2 weeks next year. With the patio open, the sound of the waves put us to sleep every night. The units have been completely refurbished in early 2006. Everything is first class including the furnishings and quantity of kitchen supplies.

Here are the rental rates determined by date and size of unit. Dates may be fully flexible. Please add on a one time maid service charge of $100. Please write to check for availability. These units book very early. The most popular dates require a years notice.

Consider this: Purchase 182 points at $10,500. Your long term maintenance fee should be about $900. Currently there is a 3 year total refurbishment going on. That will pay for 12 days in a 1 bedroom prime time. $900/12=$75/night. Low season in a studio, you could stay for 22 nights and your nightly cost would be about $900/22=$40/night!!! The points are good for perpetuity. They technically aren't deeded but don't ever run out. The value should go up from here. VI charges $43/point just to upgrade a lease to perpetuity. For $58/point you own them for good and can pass them on or sell them when you are done vacationing. Why not own??? You can use the points at any of 29 resorts or trade through an exchange for countless others!
