There are 2 weeks available for sale. The weeks are annual use summer floating weeks (beginning of May to the end of August). After purchase, book the week and unit you prefer up to 2 years in advance . The units have recently been refurbished. The views are spectacular with most of the buildings having ocean or golf course views. The resort is surrounded by the Kona Country Club Ocean Course (not affiliated with the resort). The property is owned by Shell Vacation Club and the fixed weeks can be converted to Shell Vacation Club points for a fee. Weekly timeshare owners may make reservations up to 2 years in advance and points owners within one year in advance. The weeks trade easily through Interval International. II offers Hawaii timeshare owners a bonus week for each week deposited with them. The bonus weeks provide one week timeshare rentals at many locations for only $300.

The resort is loaded with amenities and has a concierge to assist you with off site excursions. Snorkeling equipment, coolers and many other items are available for rent. There are daily activities for both children and adults.
