Amenities include Beach, 1 mile, Boating 1M, Fishing nearby, Golf, 1M, Grocery, 1M, Medical facilities, 1M, Shopping, nearby. I have 2 Studios, #111 & #115, both Red time, which can be used for 2 weeks as sudios, or one week as a larger unit. The maintenance fee is paid for the balance of 2004 with several exchange deposits with RCI. The asking price for the two studios would be $7000.
