This is actually a moneymaker. The resort rented my week for me and sent me a check for $794. After paying maintenance of $545, I made $249.

Hotel de L'Eau Vive is set in a convenient location for entertainment and business. It is surrounded by the Aquarium of the Americas, the French Quarter, Harrah's Casino, Riverwalk and Canal Place shopping centers, the Superdome, and Morial Convention Center. Dining, shopping, and music are within walking distance of the resort, and various events and festivals often take place nearby. Free parking for owners. New Orleans will charge a transfer tax to buyer.

This hotel sits on high ground. This unit sleeps 6. 2 Queen beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa. Affiliated with the Interval International trading system.
