The unit is located in Village Pointe and is two separate , complete units with an A and B side. The A side is the larger of the two. Each has a separate kitchen and bathroom and is connected by a double door which can be closed and locked. The A side overlooks a small lake, as does the bedroom on the B side. It is located on the second floor of a 2-story building. Many walking and bicycle trails go through the entire resort. There is golf, fishing, trips to the back country to hike or picnic, horseback riding, jeeping, and rafting, to name some of the activities. Nearby is Chimney Rock, which is a sacred natural monument to the American Indians. Tours to the top are offered daily. There are many good restaurants and Durango is only 60 miles away. Taos, New Mexico, is a 2.5 hour trip over one of the most beautiful scenic highways in America.
