Great beach location with all junior suites featuring a private balcony with views of the manicured lawns, fountains and pool. Over 575 sf has a living room area and a fully equipped 'petite kitchenette'. The sleeping quarters include 2 double beds. Separate dining room with dining table and 4 chairs. You can walk to the El Medano beach from the resort. Short taxi ride or long walk from the center of town. Since this is a floating time share for weeks 1 - 49 you will need to let me know when you want to stay and I'll check availability. October is the month of the big fishing tournament and the weather is less hot & humid after August! This can be rented from either a Monday to a Monday OR a Friday to a Friday.
