OWNER'S NOTE: IMPORTANT WESTIN ST. JOHN 3BR CLARIFICATION: You will see many ads for 3BR villas for rent at the Westin St. John. Be aware they are NOT all the same. The original 3BR Pool Villas have 2,850 sq.ft. of space, on two levels, and they have their own private pool and courtyard. In the last 2 years, the Westin has been converting hotel rooms into timeshare units. These new 3BR villas coming from this conversion are called 'Bay Vista' units and are HALF the square footage as the Pool Villas (1,470 vs. 2,850). They do NOT have their own pools or private courtyards....just balconies. When booking, be sure to ask 'Is this a 3BR Pool Villa or a Bay Vista Villa?'...there IS a difference!

It has its very own private spacious courtyard, private pool with waterfall, private barbecue area, and private bar serving inside and outside pool service! Fully furnished and totally equipped interior features three bedrooms, with three of Westin's signature king-sized 'Heavenly Beds,' three bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen with all appliances (call or e-mail ahead and they will stock your kitchen groceries), a huge laundry room with washer and dryer, big TVs in every bedroom, and a TV/VCR/CD/DVD in the living room as well.

Sleeps up to ten people (using the queen-size sleep sofa and two rollaways). There is also FREE in-villa broadband internet access. After a perfect day, take a Jacuzzi bath, then have a private, pool-side family barbecue dinner! Leave your French Doors open, and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of your own pool waterfall!

St. John is by far the prettiest and most pristine of the US Virgin Islands. Thanks to Laurence Rockefeller, approximately two-thirds of the island was deeded to the US Park Service as National Park area... that means NO overcrowding, NO high-rises, and simply NO development over most of the island. With dozens and dozens of spectacular, crescent-shaped beaches and nooks and crannies around the entire island, you will always find a deserted beach all to yourself!

As an added plus...there's also oodles of other islands (both US and British Virgins) just a few minutes away you can visit by sail or speed boat. And... the Westin St. John is surprisingly easy to get to. After your arrival in St. Thomas, the Westin St. John check-in desk is right at baggage pick up. Check in, and hop on their little bus. They drive you to a nearby Marina, you board their Westin Breeze (private ferry), and after a short 30 minute boat ride across the Sir Francis Drake Channel to St. John, they drop you off right at the Westin Dock. They hand you a cold rum swizzle or fruit punch drink, and golf cart you right to your Villa! Your baggage arrives minutes later!

If you need anything at all once you've unpacked...just call 'Service Express' on the phone and they'll take care of your needs instantly! Additionally, the Villa includes mid-week Maid Service, and mid-week Pool Service. Don't feel like doing laundry? By the way....our Pool Villa is usually the only 3BR Pool Villa unit available these dates, as THIS RESORT IS USUALLY SOLD OUT THESE WEEKS EVERY YEAR! Even if a 3BR Pool Villa were available through the Westin's Front Desk...this exact same Villa rented out at over $20,000 per week for these same time periods in 2008 (2008 daily rate was $2709 plus 8% taxes and $25/day resort fees) - that is - IF there was availability (the Westin's 3BR Pool Villas are extremely popular with their owners, and are rarely available as rental units). Call their front desk and ask them if any 3BR Pool Villas are available for rent...you'll see! None of those extra charges apply renting through us.
