This is a beautiful resort on West Maui, bordering the Kapalua golf course and is across the street from Kapalua and Napili Beaches. Our price is firm, so please do not contact us with low offers as we will not accept them. We paid much more than we are asking for this week. New owner will pay transfer fees and closing costs.

This resort is luxuriously landscaped and has everything you need to truly enjoy the Maui experience. Kapalua is very close to Lahaina, where all the shopping and restaurants are in West Maui. Cruise ships stop in at Lahaina every day because it is right on the ocean. There are many cultural events art galleries there as well, along with a museum and a giant banyan tree that will amaze all ages. You will definitely need to rent a car to fully enjoy everything that Maui has to offer. There are marvelous drives, one north of Kapalua and one to the south, which is the famous Hana Road Drive.

The unit itself has a king bed and two identical full bathrooms with regular bathtubs with showers. Everything is always clean in the unit. The resort just replaced all carpet and furniture one year ago. There are large storage closets for your scuba and snorkeling gear. The 'Hawaiian floral' sofa becomes a queen sofa sleeper by night, providing enough room for a total of four adults between the sofabed and the king bed. The lanai has enough chairs for four adults. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, including all appliances and microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and plenty of room for more than one cook. There is a glass table in the dining room with seating for four, plus two barstools at the counter between the kitchen and dining room.

There are gas barbecue grills by the pool and whirlpool spa. You can swim while your steaks cook, or just layout on one of the dozens of lounge chairs around the pool. The pool is not heavily used because this is a small resort of about 38 units, though I do not know the exact number. The buildings are only two stories high.
