Here are some examples of the cost of accommodations at prime locations during prime seasons using this timeshare ownership:

- 2 Bedroom Oceanfront unit in Kauai for summer: 12000 points = $411.00
- 2 Bedroom Cabin at Big Cedar in Branson for July 4th week: 18000 points = $616.50
- 2 Bedroom unit at Foxrun Townhouses in Lake Lure, NC for Summer: 7000 points = $239.75
- 2 Bedroom Oceanfront unit at Shore Crest, Myrtle Beach for Summer: 15000 points = $513.75
- 1 Bedroom unit in Marathon, Florida Keys for Spring: 13000 points = $427.70

- 2 Bedroom Oceanfront unit in Miami Beach, FL for President's week: 18000 points = $616.50
Here are several reasons why this is one of the most versatile ownerships in all of timesharing:
1) With BVC Gold Preferred Membership, you will be amongst the first owners on the wait list for reservations at prime locations like Christmas week in Aruba. You can get on the wait list 2 months prior to any other standard member giving you the first opportunity for these prime weeks during the open reservation period.
2) With BVC Gold Membership, you can pay maintenance fees and annual dues with your points. Bluegreen currently offers you $.05/point. You can pay all of your maintenance fees for about 30,000 points. This will leave you with 10,000 points to use for FREE with NO MAINTENANCE FEES ever again. No hastle, just call Bluegreen and pay maintenance fees with your points.
3) BVC Points memberships allow you access to bonus time which becomes available 45-days in advance of check in. You can rent accommodations during this bonus time period from $49/night for Studio units and $69/night for 2 bedroom units. Bonus time is available at almost every Bluegreen Vacation Club resort described in their website at www.bluegreenonline.com.
4) You can book reservations and rent them out yourself. There are no reservation or cancellation fees for Gold preferred members.
5) Bluegreen resorts trade with both Interval International and RCI (The Major exchange companies) as well as all of the independents such as SFX, TPI, HTSE, DAE and others. And, they allow you to book a specific week for deposit into these exchanges. Because of this, you can book the strongest week for trading power purposes. In addition, you can use any of the alternate exchange companies as well.
In addition, all of these points are deeded at Carolina Grande in Myrtle Beach with the same use year. Practically, this means that you do not have to worry about expiriation dates of your points in different months. Closing costs for this transaction will be only $520 which includes resort transfer and escrow.
As always, you should perform your own due diligence to verify the facts as I have expressed them in this ad. These are the rules and the rates according to the Bluegreen Vacation Club as it exists today.
