Rentals are at about HALF what the resort charges at the front desk. A summer 2BR is $990/week, holidays more, off-season less, smaller less, larger more. Email me with ANY questions at the link below, all inquiries quickly answered. Need more than one unit, ten or twenty, just ask.

Powhatan Plantation bridges past and present with practiced ease. The manor house pre-dates the first president; the activities center and swimming pool are vintage Clinton-era. You’ll enjoy both. Hiking and exercise trails ramble over 256 acres of woodland, and golf privileges can be enjoyed at the nearby Williamsburg National course by those who prefer to ruin a pleasant walk.

I am a private owner, not the resort. I rent for about half what the resort charges and there’s no AAA, AARP, or military discounts. This is a timeshare resort, you will be my guest and under no obligation to ‘tour’ or go to a ‘presentation.’ Just say ‘NO.’ All units are individually owned but maintained and furnished by the resort management. Pets are not allowed, smoking is allowed, there are no non-smoking units.

Many people want ease and security when paying for their vacations, such as the ability to use a credit card. Not only do credit card payments allow for added security, they make payments easier and faster. Renters can sign-up for PAYPAL at www.paypal.com to send funds. Signing up only takes a few moments. If you choose to pay by credit card please pay entire amount to cut down on transaction fees, because of the ease of use and the ease in record keeping I will absorb the 3% which are PayPal’s fees. This is the only method I have to take your credit card.

If you want to pay by personal check, bank check, or money order I require 50% to reserve and the remainder on receipt of confirmation.

Montgomery County, Maryland is one of the most high-tech and affluent counties in the entire country. Rockville is the fifth largest city in Maryland and the county seat of Montgomery County. Both a residential community and a major employment center, the city offers year-round special events, weekly farmer's markets, and tiny shops and delis are next to national retailers and restaurants. Filled with greenery, Rockville has 58 public parks, a Municipal Swim Center, golf courses and many other recreational facilities.
