Much has changed at Cabo Villa, as the new 2nd tower is ready for occupancy and they now have actual beach front, strictly for guests. This is one of the nicest resorts in Cabo, and not just because I own a suite their. This deluxe one bedroom will not disappoint you, with all the home features you are used to. It will sleep 4 people (limit is 4 to a suite, no exceptions), with a queen size bed in the private bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room. The view, well, you have to see Cabo Bay in the morning from you balcony to really appreciate it. Remember, this climate is much like the desert, warm to hot in the day but cooling off at night, so remember to take a sweater or jacket for the night.

As the winter season is upon us, thoughts start to gather to where we might get away to during the cold and wet season. I would like to offer you a week in my suite in the Cabo Villas Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This suite is 700 square feet, tastefully decorated and furnished, and has all the bells and whistles you will need for your comfort. Besides a spectacular view of Cabo Bay (Cabo Villas is situated on the top of Medano Hill) and the Sea of Cortez, it is right across the street from the finest restaurant in Cabo, called “Edith’s”. You are steps from Medano Beach, with the new Cab Villa private beach front and more restaurants. A short 10 minute walk to the marina, more restaurants and its Puerto Paraiso Mall and another 5 minutes from there to the downtown sector. There is ton’s of stuff to do, fishing (largest Marlin derby happens in October), sailing, diving, riding, you name it, they have it. Oh yeah, there’s a restaurant on the beach just a stroll from Cabo Villas, called “The Office”, that’s were you find most people, day and night, singing and partying, but not working and the restaurant of top of Cabo Villas, well........, it has the best view, bar none in Cabo!

SALE INCLUDES: 9 WEEKS REMAINING (9 YRS.), (TRI-ANNUAL USE, i.e. EVERY 3 YEARS STARTING IN 2008 ). CAN BE ACCELERATED FOR EACH 'OFF' YEAR USE (i.e. take 1 of the 9 weeks) OR USE THE 3 EXTRA WEEKS THROUGH THE GLOBAL ADVENTURES MEMBERSHIP. COULD ALSO BE RENTED IN THOSE 3 WEEKS. E.G.
