Villa Del Arco - Timeshare Rental

I've pre booked this suite for the period March 3-10, 2010. Availability for timeshare reservations remains scarce for Villa del Arco so other dates may not be available. Keep in mind my timeshare can be used at other Villa Group Resorts (check http://www.villagroupresorts.com for information on these resorts) if del Arco is not available for the desired period. Check NOW if the March 3-10, 2010 date and/or location do not fit your vacation plans and I'll be happy to check availability for other dates in 2010.

Now, a little information on my timeshare at Villa del Arco -
The popular new Villa del Arco Beach Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico is on world-famous El Medano Beach. The 5-Star up-scale beach resort features spacious units, all with beautiful ocean views. The suites look out on the famous Land's End 'El Arco', after which the resort is named.

This 2-bedroom suite easily accommodates 6 adults, 8 using queen murphy bed. This large (1800 square feet - including 380 sq. ft. of private balcony with patio furniture) suite is a combination of the 1-bedroom and the Deluxe Large Studio Suite. With an interior connecting door, the suite has all the features and amenities of both units.

The master bedroom features a King bed, whirlpool Jacuzzi tub and separate shower; flat-screen satellite TV, double closets, double sinks, electronic safe, hair dryer, ceiling fan, and clock radio.

The second bedroom (which is a Deluxe Studio Suite) features a large living area with 2 queen beds and luxurious marble bathroom. This large suite has a separate 108 sq. ft. private balcony and furnished kitchenette (microwave, stove top range, refrigerator, etc.) This second bedroom also has a clock radio, flat-screen satellite TV, CD and VCR player, mini-bar, air conditioning, electronic safe, ceiling fan, hair dryer.

The living area includes a full bath, queen Murphy bed, a third bathroom (3/4 bath with shower), flat-screen satellite TV, CD and VCR player, entertainment center, dining area and ceiling fans.

The kitchen contains deluxe microwave/convection oven, stove top, refrigerator. Other amenities include washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, blender, toaster, coffee/tea maker, dishwasher, high-speed Internet access and mini-bar.

Villa del Arco is a family-oriented resort with deluxe amenities, services, and activities. The resort has two (gourmet and casua)l restaurants, a market, gym, sauna, sailing facility, scuba diving, two swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. Other attractions such as water sports, fishing, golfing, ATV rentals, and horseback riding are available nearby.

Cabo San Lucas is a short 4 minute ride; we also enjoyed the easy walk to downtown along the beach. Villa del Arco offers a perfect blend of location, relaxation, and recreational land/water sport activities - everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We started each day enjoying breakfasts on our terrace, watched the awakening of the early morning beach, and decided on the day's activity. You will not find a better combination of luxury, beach, convenience, relaxing and recreational activities in Cabo.

The rate includes all taxes/fees but not meals (generous meal plan can be purchased separately at the resort). Please note the summer(May through October) rate is reduced to $2250.
