Timeshare Owner's Description:

Beautiful Small Beachfront Resort located in Playa del Carmen(PLayacar) Mexico. Within walking distance of the town square. About 40 minutes from Cancun(where you will fly in). Cozumel Island is a 20 minute ferry ride away(can also walk to ferry).
Some units have jacuzzis on the balconies. All have kitchens. Beautifully furnished and exceptional waterfront views from balconies.

All-Inclusive is extra at $35.00/day for 12 and older, children are $17.50/day.

This unit can be broken down to a 1 bedroom($1000) - sleeps 4-5 or 1 studio($700) which sleeps 4.
