Pono Kai Resort - Timeshare Rental, Resale, and Exchange

This is a huge lofted seperate bedroom unit on the third floor overlooking the Pacific Ocean on the Eastern shoreline at Kapaa...The Pono Kai and Pacific Fantasy units are managed by the very successful Bluegreen Corp...they are making money.

The units themselves reflect the effort to return this resort to it's previous 'Gold Crown' rating...currently holding a second best 'RID' is not enough for the Bluegreen group and we couldn't be more pleased.

They are +/- 1,200 SF on the third elevator serviced floor....Each unit is lofted with a queen sized master and another queen size bed and sofa in the loft...A full kitchen, family room and two baths make this unit very comfortable for a family of four of any size...little ones could sleep on the pull out, if you have six...sit on the balcony to enjoy the view of the Pacific...75 to 150 feet away....leave the doors open and listen to the waves lull you to peace.

Fully air conditioned, if needed, but most guests open the doors to enjoy the senses of smell and sight that this place offers every day...


AREA ATTRACTIONS

Kapaa said with the double 'ah ah' sound is the center of activity on the eastern shore...there are more restaurants and shops here than in any other area of the island...

One reason is that the beaches appear to be the widest, longest and most swimmable around...Lydgate State Park is within a mile of the resort and provides restrooms, picnic areas and a breakwater that will allow even the smallest of snorkelers a chance to see life underwater...not to mention almost two miles of beach...

The island's number one rated restaurant is virtually across the street 'A Pacific Cafe'...while in a modest shoping center the food is outstanding and moderate...imagine what the prices would have be if this place were on the Ocean.

For a very close oceanfront steakhouse and not much else there is the 'Bull Shed'...strong drinks, great beef and a fine salad bar..

A list of places to eat and have fun are included in the local knowledge and activities sections...Needless to say the island of Kauai is different than the commercialized feel of Maui and Oahu...They still believe in the 'ALOHA Spirit' there...doing nice things for others in the hope you will return the favor...I am not kidding...this becomes a part of what you will remember most.

The quality of this island is the way you relax in reponse to this warmth...
