Surf Concierge - Located poolside in an authentic surf shack, the Surf Concierge has the latest wave conditions, water temperature and all the necessities to ride the waves in San Diego.

Guests of all ages are welcome to join the professional, life-guard-certified surf instructors as they deliver personalized instruction. The two-hour surf lesson includes wetsuit, surfboard and transportation to and from the beach.

Surf lessons begin with students lining up their boards at water's edge for an on-land introduction to the sport. Instructors explain the basics of surfing including proper balancing techniques, paddling out and how to jump into the standing position. The surf concierge then wades into shallow water with the students, positions their board and gives a slight push to help them catch their first wave.

Beach Butler - Introducing Four Seasons Resort Aviara's new Beach Butler. This service includes complimentary transportation to the beach (a five-minute trip) with all the necessary amenities: chairs, umbrella, towels and blankets. The Beach Butler can also recommend preferred locations and contacts for kayaking, snorkelling, deep-sea fishing excursions and other aquatic activities.

You may also have the Beach Butler bring ingredients for your morning coffee, afternoon picnic or sunset snack. Choose from a wide variety of light fare, sandwiches or full-scale ocean-side entrees.
