Surrounded by the charming atmosphere of Cape Cod, Briarwood is close to all the attractions which have made this part of New England a favorite resort location for years. Cape Cod is noted for its picturesque fishing villages, historic sites, scenic harbors, museums, and the beautiful, unspoiled national seashore. The resort offers the perfect vacation setting filled with fun for the entire family. Enjoy the outdoor pool and tennis courts during the summer months. Beaches are just a short drive away from the resort.
Two bedrooms (occupancy 6) and three bedrooms (occupancy 8) town houses with fully equipped kitchen and living/dining combination with a pullout queen sofa. One and one half baths, master bedrooms with queen bed, second bedroom with two twin beds, third bedroom with two twin beds. Cable TV and VCR. Air conditioning in all units. All units have a private patio with charcoal grill. Linens and towels are provided weekly. On the premises you can enjoy two lighted tennis courts, volleyball, basketball court, shuffleboard, two horseshoe pits, picnic area, outdoor heated pool and children's playground. Our clubhouse offers a sauna and shower, fully equipped kitchens, TV and VCR, rest room facilities and coin operated laundry.

Pricing for a unit will range from $700.00 to $2500.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability, unit sizes and pricing.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.
