Lifetime in Hawaii at the Royal Kuhio Condominium boasts one of Waikiki's most fashionable vacation addresses. It's just minutes from the beach, the acclaimed Ala Wai Golf Course, the shops of the International Market Place, and scores of restaurants and night spots. On the seventh-floor recreation deck at the resort, you'll find an outdoor pool, putting green, saunas, a weight room, and more. The resort offers free parking. Oahu boasts 45 public beaches, and famous Waikiki Beach is just blocks away.
The vacation condominiums at Lifetime in Hawaii at the Royal Kuhio are Studio unitsOCC: Max 4/Pri 2 with 1 bath, 1 queen bed & 1 sleep sofa. All units have window air-conditioners, telephone, cable television, VCR, & feature a balcony. There are laundry facilities on the building's seventh floor. No pets are allowed. A car is not necessary to enjoy your vacation as there is a good public transportation system in Honolulu. After 5:00 pm, the security guard located in the lobby, will have all room keys. There is a US$75 refundable security deposit required upon check-in. Check-out time is 10 AM. All Hawaii resorts will charge a state Transient Accommodations Tax for timesharerooms. This tax will probably range from US$10-30per room confirmed & will be collected by the Resort. MasterCard & Visa are the only credit cards accepted.

Pricing for a unit will range from $1250.00 to $3000.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability and pricing.
