Mariner's Pointe Resort - Timeshare Rental

Mariner's Pointe Resort is located in the midst of the Cumberland Plateau in the Cumberland Mountains. The resort is within the city limits of Crossville, TN, the state's golf capital; there are 11 golf courses in the area to challenge you. Next door just across the lake is the 18-hole Ron Garl-designed River Run Golf Course. The resort provides fishing boats, paddle- boats, and ramp access in case you bring your boat. Other amenities include lighted tennis and basketball courts, an 18-hole miniature golf course, a picnic area with grills, and a beach with a volleyball court and swimming area.
Each unit at Mariner's Point has either 1 or 2 televisions with a VCR. 1BR units are located at the pool/hot tub area & the 2BR units feature a private dock on the lake. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 1 bath & 1 king bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed, & 1 sleep sofa.2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1 1/2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, & 1 sleep sofa. The 2 bedroom units are 2 story townhomes with the bedrooms upstairs. The studio & 1 bedroom units are located in a three story building with an elevator. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. A US$100 security deposit is required, payable by Visa, MC, or cash. Having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Late arrivals must contact the resort in advance. Office hours are 8am-9pm Fr-Sa & 8am-5pm Su-Th. THE RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES OCCUPANCY. No campers or RV's are allowed on-site. PERSONAL WATERCRAFT ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE LAUNCHED FROM THE RESORT LAUNCH RAMP. NO OTHER ACCESS TO THE LAKE IS AVAILABLE.

THE RESTAURANT/SNACK BAR ON-SITE IS CLOSED JANUARY-MARCH. MARINER'S POINTE IS THE ONLY LAUNCH SITE PROVIDING ACCESS TO LAKE HOLIDAY. THE OUTDOOR POOL, OUTDOOR HOT TUB CLOSES IN NOVEMBER AND REOPENS AROUND MEMORIAL DAY. CAMPERS AND RV'S ARE NOT ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY.

Pricing for a unit will range from $700.00 to $1750.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability and pricing.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.
