This year-round resort is adjacent to Heavenly Ski Resort above Lake Tahoe. Each one- and two-bedroom unit has a fireplace and equipped kitchen. Amenities include tennis courts, swimming pools, private ski gondola to Heavenly's Stagecoach Lodge, racquetball, spa and recreation facility, saunas, steam room, whirlpools, two restaurants, convenience store, theater, business center, security gate entrance, and transportation to the nearby Stateline casinos.

NOTE: Resort does not have air conditioning.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.
