RESORT HAS NO GROUND FLOOR UNITS, MANY STEPS TO SOME AND LACK OF ELEVATORS IN OTHERS. RESORT CANNOT CHANGE ASSIGNED UNITS. IF YOU HAVE A HANDICAP, THIS MAY BE A PROBLEM. Maximum Occupancy enforced. NO PETS ALLOWED (US$500 fine). Security deposit of US$150 required at check-in, VISA or Mastercard only. NO washers or dryers in units. There are free laundry facilities on premises. A car is needed to enjoy the area. Only two vehicles allowed per unit. NO RV'S/MOTOR HOMES, OR TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED ON RESORT PREMISES DUE TO VERY NARROW ROADS AND LIMITED PARKING. Please call resort if you will be arriving late.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.
