General Description:
Have owned the property for many years and have grandfather rights to use the property 1-6 nights free every 14 days in addition to the normal week in August. You can also exchange in house to use at the company's other 11 locations. Have banked the August 2005 week so it is still available to be used. Properties other locations are located in Missouri,Texas, Massachusetts, Illinois and Georgia.

Ozark Mountain Resort is part of Silverleaf Resorts. This unit has many amenities such as hot tub, A/C, dishwasher, microwave, telephone, cable TV, and fireplace. The boat dock, large swimming pool and tennis court are close by on the premises. Golf is available close by.

We have a deed to the property to be transferred to the buyers.
