Mayan Palace Acapulco - Timeshare For Sale and Exchange

This is a 2 bath, 2 B/R deluxe unit available for your use 2 weeks/year, any time except Xmas/New Year's week and Easter week. It has 'lockoff' privileges meaning that you can have up to 4 weeks/year. The Mayan Palace has 5 locations in Mexico: Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya and Puerto Penasco and as a timeshare owner you can use any of them. They are all completely renovated and refurnished every 5 years, are all 5-star resorts, and the facility in Acapulco is simply breathtaking. (Please visit the MP web site for details.) I prefer to rent for two weeks at the same time. If you can use it for only one week it will cost slightly more per week than if you rented it for two weeks. The price for two weeks is $1800; the price for one week is $1000. Both weeks have now been rented for 2006; they are both available beginning in 2007.
