The Grand Summit Resorts at Sunday River are two seperate full-service properties (located about five miles apart) loaded with amenities year-round. Their ski- in/ski-out locations make these resorts a perfect winter vacation at Sunday River. For nonskiers, there are heated outdoor pools and whirlpools, or you can visit the health club with exercise equipment, aerobic classes, a sauna, and steam room. After a fun-filled day, enjoy a wonderful meal at one of the resorts' restaurants or cafe' snack bars. Teens will enjoy the video game room.

Pricing for a unit will range from $950.00 to $3000.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability, unit sizes and pricing.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

You must have a valid credit card, as most resorts do require one at check-in for a small, refundable security deposit.

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.
