The club has spectacular desert and mountain views, and many golf courses are nearby. Located three miles from Palm Springs airport that is primarily served by United and Alaska. The Palm Springs Tennis Club is among the very finest timeshares available, the resort is clean as a whistle and elegant, they treat you like gold, and all the timeshares can be exchanged worldwide for top resorts in High Season. The Tennis Club is affiliated with both Platinum Interchange and RCI.

My two (2) Forest Hills High Season weeks are one-bedroom suites, with a living room, dinning room, kitchen and bath and are for sale for $3,000 each or for $5,000 for both weeks, plus closing costs. High Season is late December thru May.

I also have two (2) Swing Season weeks for rent or sale (September thru late December). One is a Center Court one-bedroom two-bath suite for $2,500 (plus closing costs), and the other is a Davis Cup studio with kitchen for $2,000 (plus closing costs). You could buy both of them for $4,000.

The Center Court is for rent for $900 per week and is available in 2009 the week of November 29 thru December 6th. The Davis Cup is for rent for $700 per week and is available in 2009 the week of November 22 thru the 29th.

You could rent these two weeks back to back in 2009 for $1500. Both of these Swing Season weeks trade on RCI in High Season, so these are great if you also plan on using the Timeshares in locations other than the Tennis Club on occasion.
