Deeded Membership: does not expire
25 weeks/units (not including optional bonus weeks); 5 weeks/units have been prepaid: 2 units/weeks can be used ANY TIME during a year plus there is one bonus week per year so 3 units/weeks can be used in a year. Bonus week CANNOT be used in prime season. Prime season includes: Feb. 14-21, April 3-10, Nov. 20-27, Dec.18-25, Dec. 25-Jan. 1

1 unit is for a 1BR/1BA Ambassador Suite that can accommodate 4 guests.

Units/weeks can be exchanged for use at another RCI Resort anywhere in the world (exchange fee must be paid to RCI.).
Imperial Fiesta Club can hold 2 weeks per year and if not used by then, unused weeks have to be deposited at RCI . RCI then holds it for 3 years.

About Closing: Closing and escrow to be handled with Timeshare Closing Services, Inc., a licensed, bonded, and fully insured Escrow & Title company of Orlando, FL. Monies will be held in escrow until title has been transferred, offering you, the buyer, 100% protection of title and your monies.

Buyer’s responsibility:
1. Maintenance fees for 20 weeks at $395/unit; 5 weeks have been paid for. Please inquire for expiration dates (vary from 2005 to 2007). Maintentance fee for at least 1 unit must be paid per year. (If a unit is not used for the current year but will be used later, $200 is required in order to extend a week by one more year at RCI.)
