Massanutten's Shenandoah Villas - Timeshare Rental and Resale

This week is usually July Fourth week with very high trade value. The unit is a split which means you can have one side for a week, the other side another week (all in one year) or use the entire condo for one week per year. The condo itself is huge and the amenities are too numerous to mention all of them but the 2005 year will have a grand opening of a nearby WATERPARK FOR YEARROUND USE!!!! This is a 4 season, 5 star resort. Travel to DC is only 80 miles and Virginia Beach is about 180 miles-the mountains of Virginia and Skyline Drive are gorgeous, Williamsburg-Yorktown-Busch Gardens and Kings Dominion theme parks are an easy days drive. The deed holder of this property also has access to whats called the west slope of Massanutten Mountain for some of the best wilderness camping and fishing you could hope for. I am a very motivated seller as I own two other condos in this resort on holiday weeks. My family is in Richmond, VA and I now live where I vacationed near Lake Tahoe so I do not get to enjoy Massanutten as much as I would like right now.
