Important Please Note, that ALL of our condo resorts ARE NOT a Mandatory all inclusive resorts were you are forced to pay a Mandatory $200 to $400 PER DAY for a family of 4 meal plan.
Those type of Mandatory all inclusive meal plans may not be of the quality and type of foods that you prefer to eat for a preset expense that you can do nothing about.

We have up to about 60 plus rental weeks listed as rentals at any one time at over 10 different resorts with many available Confirmed Holiday Weeks for rent on the mainland U.S. the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii.

We are Pay Pal verified with our Pay Pal Premier account so you can pay us with Pay Pal if you prefer. If you want rent or buy from us, please call us first before sending any type of Payment to make sure that unit of ours is still available to rent or buy in an effort to avoid any type of unit availability misunderstandings.

We are a private party owner and there is NO timeshare presentation required with our rentals UNLIKE some others rentals were it is a mandatory financial obligation that you attend to obtain their rental price. Our rental agreement and our confirmed reservation that is presently in our name for your inspection and consideration is posted below.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE, in order to try to be fair to all interested potential interested renters the first prospective tenant to send us full payment, will secure the unit, and other later arriving checks will be returned. The EARLIEST POSTMARK check gets our unit if two checks arrive for the same reservation date.

PLEASE NOTE, NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED if with in 30 days of the check in date, DO NOT SEND CASH.

If it is with in 30 days or less of the reservation check in date that you want, please only pay by Paypal or send a UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE MONEY ORDER By US Priority mail. Please email us the postal tracking number and a copy of that money order asap by email or fax to confirm to us that your payment is on the way to secure your reservation. We will in most cases hold that reservation for 7 days from date you send that email or fax. Or you can use PAYPAL to make your rental payment.

If you are snail mailing a payment we strongly advise because of the BAD and CARELESS DELIVERLY SERVICE AND THE LACK Of SECURITY provided by both UPS and DHL on their deliveries in our area, we strongly advise that you do not waste your money using either of them. We have found some of their deliveries in the snow, etc and not were supposed to be. You can SAVE a fair amount of MONEY by instead safely assure that your mailing will not get lost by using US Priority mail to send your mailing to our PO Box # 661.

Our unsecured rural mail box sits out of our view about one block from our home so that is another reason we suggest using our PO box # 661 if you are sending payment by Mail. After talikng to some of the other owners of these 'Standard' 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units it seems that most owners have bought to use their units and those are not available for exchange or for rentals.. We are estimating there may be on average a total of only two to three of these types of 2 bedroom 2 bathroom available as rentals per week during the high demand winter and spring times.

We are a private party and there is NO high pressure presentation that you will need to attend.

Our Lindo Mar Resort is a True Ocean Front RCI Gold Crown Rated resort in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.

All of the 47 Condo units are Ocean Front units with Balconies and Fully requited kitchens. Our Condo units also have Air conditioning , Telephone, Cable TV, in unit safe. You can have Daily Maid Service and room service.

Our resort also as a very good on site restaurant that the locals come for the moderately priced excellent Sunday Buffet. Our resort also has a swimming pool and spa and 24 hour desk service.

There are free computers to use at the resort and only about $25 a week charge for the optional wireless internet available for your laptop computer.

Our 4 ownership weeks are Called “FLOATING WEEKS” that can be booked for any time of the year. Our “FLOATING WEEKS” can be reserved up to 11 months out before their check in dates and not a day before.

This is a Unlimited Time Perpetual Club Membership Property ownership that is well managed by Trading Places International, a well respected US based company who has been in the resort management business for over 30 years.

So if you have a particular week you want reserved for your families vacation please contact us a little over eleven months before the check in date you want and need before those weeks are taken by someone else.
