Important Please Note, that ALL of our condo resorts ARE NOT a Mandatory all inclusive resorts were you are forced to pay a Mandatory $200 to $400 PER DAY for a family of 4 meal plan.
Those type of Mandatory all inclusive meal plans may not be of the quality and type of foods that you prefer to eat for a preset expense that you can do nothing about.

We are Pay Pal verified with our Pay Pal Premier account so you can pay us with Pay Pal if you prefer. To secure this unit by making payment using your Paypal first type in judybruce@wi.rr.com to the send money box. Then type into Subject Box the unit number, the run dates of this rental and that you agree to all of the terms as listed in the rental agreement ad number _ _ _ _ _ _ . If you want rent or buy from us, please call us first before sending any type of Payment to make sure that unit of ours is still available to rent or buy in an effort to avoid any type of unitl availability missunderstanding.

We are a private party owner and there is NO timeshare presentation required with our rentals UNLIKE some others rentals were it is a mandatory financial obligation that you attend to obtain their rental price. Our rental agreement and our confirmed reservation that is presently in our name for your inspection and consideration is posted below.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE, in order to try to be fair to all interested potential interested renters the first prospective tenant to send us full payment, will secure the unit, and other later arriving checks will be returned. The EARLIEST POSTMARK check gets our unit if two checks arrive for the same reservation date.

PLEASE NOTE, NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED if with in 30 days of the check in date, DO NOT SEND CASH.

If it is with in 30 days or less of the reservation check in date that you want, please only pay by Paypal or send a UNITED STATES POSTAL OFFICE MONEY ORDER By US Priority mail. Please email us the postal tracking number and a copy of that money order asap by email or fax to confirm to us that your payment is on the way to secure your reservation. We will in most cases hold that reservation for 7 days from date you send that email or fax. Or you can use PAYPAL to make your rental payment.

If you are snail mailing a payment we strongly advise because of the BAD and CARELESS DELIVERLY SERVICE AND THE LACK Of SECURITY provided by both UPS and DHL on their deliveries in our area, we strongly advise that you do not waste your money using either of them. We have found some of their deliverlies in the snow, etc and not were suposed to be. You can SAVE a fair amount of MONEY by instead safely assure that your mailng will not get lost by using US Priority mail to send your mailing to our PO Box # 661.

Our unsercured rural mail box sits out of our view about one block from our home so that is another reason we suggest using our PO box # 661 if you are sending payment by Mail. Our Lindo Mar Resort is a True Ocean Front RCI Gold Crown Rated resort in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.
Because our yearly ownership maintenance fee costs are based on a full weeks stay, we regret that it is not economically Prudent for us to split our ownership weeks up for daily or partial week rentals. But you may be able to rent extra days from our resort at their higher daily rental rates depending if they have any prime time availability.

IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE that there are 30 one bedroom units, only one Penthouse two bedroom unit and only one Penthouse loft two bedroom unit . Please be aware that here are only 6 'Deluxe' two bedroom units and only 6 'Standard' two bedroom units at the Lindo Mar.

After talikng to some of the other owners of these 'Standard' and 'Deluxe' 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units it seems that most owners have bought to use their units and those are not available for exchange or for rentals.. We are estimating there may be on average a total of only two to three of these types of 2 bedroom 2 bathroom available as rentals per week during the high demand winter and spring times.

We are a private party and there is NO high pressure presentation that you will need to attend.

Our Lindo Mar Resort is a True Ocean Front RCI Gold Crown Rated resort in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.

All of the 47 Condo units are Ocean Front units with Balconies and Fully requited kitchens. Our Condo units also have Air conditioning , Telephone, Cable TV, in unit safe. You can have Daily Maid Service and room service.

Our resort also as a very good on site restaurant that the locals come for the moderately priced excellent Sunday Buffet. Our resort also has a swimming pool and spa and 24 hour desk service.

There are free computers to use at the resort and only a $15 a week charge for the optional wireless internet available for your laptop computer.

You only have to walk about 100 or 150 feet out of our building and you can be snorkeling right in front of our resort if you want to.

Our resort is located on the south side of Puerto Vallarta in the so called romantic zone.
There is so much to see and do with in a 20 minute low cost cab ride of our resort.

Our 5 ownership weeks are Called “FLOATING WEEKS” that can be booked for any time of the year. Our “FLOATING WEEKS” can be reserved up to 11 months out before their check in dates and not a day before.

So if you have a particular week you want reserved for your families vacation please contact us a little over eleven months before the check in date you want and need before those weeks are taken by someone else. That is especially is important if you want a holiday week or a certain winter month week.

WE are owner-members of the World Wide Vacation Club and have 4 two bedroom , two bathroom 'HIGH SEASON' memberships that we can use at any of the 6 World Wide Resort resorts that allow us to call and try to reserve 4 weeks per year at the Lindo Mar with our 4 memberships. We also own one(Non World Wide Vacation Club) regular Lindo Mar two bedroom two bathroom unit ownership type 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 'Deluxe' ownership that is for sale for $4,444.

We can book up to two special reservation requests for two Bedroom Two Bathroom units for the same week if requested a little more than eleven months before the check in date wanted. Our rental weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is at 4:00 PM and Check out is at 10:00 AM.
