General Description:
The resort is an all-season retreat in scenic Horseshoe Valley. Enjoy year-round Carriage House Recreation Centre, which includes a large heated indoor/outdoor pool, fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, family programs, volleyball, basketball, and surrounding hiking trails. Winter amenities include downhill and cross-country skiing, snow tubing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, dog sledding, horse-drawn sleigh rides, winter Hummer adventure tours, and ice-skating at nearby facilities. From May to October, enjoy shuffleboard, golf, and lessons on a championship course nearby.
One and two bedroom units are complete with A/C, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, double whirlpool tub, cable TV, VCR, full kitchen and a private patio or balcony. Building can be 2 or 3 stories-no elevator.Studio units have no kitchen but they have mircowave, bar fridge and coffee maker. There is no dining area. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/pri 6 have 1 and 3/4 baths, 2 king beds and 1 queen sofa bed. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 queen or double sofabed. Studio units OCC: Max 2/Pri 2 have 3/4 bath and 1 king bed. Unit pgrades are not available. No pets. Credit card imprint required. Occupancy limits and check-out times are strictly enforced. Resort promotes a non-smoking environment. Complete spa service, restaurants, and gift shops are available nearby. Parking available for 1 vehicle per confirmation. THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED 4/29/06-5/6/06 for annual maintenance. UNIT ASSIGNMENTS ARE FINAL. PLEASE CONTACT THE RESORT 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR SPECIAL NEEDS CONSIDERATION.
