The lake's 100 miles of shoreline and miles of waterways offer an unending selection of water-oriented activities. Watercraft rentals, boat slips, and launch ramps are available at the marina. For those who prefer land activities, miniature golf, horesback riding, tennis, basketball, archery, and volleyball are available. Nearby Tyler, the rose capital of Texas, is home to the Caldwell Zoo and Tyler's Municipal Rose Garden.
At Silverleaf's Villages, all units are centrally heated and air-conditioned. Additional unit amenities include a television and a microwave oven. 2BR units OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 1.7 baths,1 queen or king bed, 1 double bed, and 1 sleep sofa. THE RESORT STRICTLY ENFORCES OCCUPANCY LEVELS. GUESTS MAY NOT BRING MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM STATED ON CONFIRMATION. Photo ID and license plate number required at check-in. Your unit assignment is made at check-in. There may be a fee or deposit charged for the use of some resort facilities. Pets are allowed only with the payment of a US$55 non-refundable fee. There are no elevators. The resort allows fishing and speed boats on the lake. Amenities may be a short drive from your unit as the resort property encompasses many acres. The resort does not have 'handicapped' equipped units, though some units are more easily accessible than others. Please contact the resort in advance of check-in date for special requests/special needs.

SOME UNITS HAVE STEPS LEADING TO THEM. THERE IS A SWIMMING AREA WITH A BEACH-LIKE AREA, BUT IT SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A TRUE 'BEACH'. A CREDIT CARD IMPRINT IS TAKEN FOR A US$50 SECURITY DEPOSIT. THE RESORT COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW REGISTRATION BUILDING, ACTIVITY CENTER AS WELL AS COMPLETING NEW TENNIS COURTS, BASKETBALL COURTS, NEW POOL,VOLLEYBALL & HORSESHOE PITS. RESORT IS VERY LARGE & COVERS A WIDE AREA.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week
