Your vacation home at the French Quarter includes air-conditioning, telephone, television, washer/dryer, balcony or patio and a full kitchen including a dishwasher,microwave oven, and garbage disposal. 2 and 3 bedroom units include surround-soundstereo and VCP. A $200 security deposit is required; either cash or credit card imprint. Cash deposits will be refunded within 10 days of check-out. No pets allowed. Check-in is at The Coppertree, next to the resort. If you anticipate check-in after 11pm, call in advance for instructions.

Pricing for a unit will range from $1000.00 to $2500.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability, unit sizes and pricing.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

You must have a valid credit card, as most resorts do require one at check-in for a small, refundable security deposit.

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.

If you feel that you may need to cancel your trip for any reason, you should consider purchasing vacation insurance for an additional $100.00. There are certain exclusions to the cancellation policy in which you would not receive a refund. Please request additional information on vacation insurance if you are considering purchasing this item. If you cancel because you have changed your mind or you can no longer afford your trip, the insurance company does not feel this is a valid reason and will not pay on the cancellation. **
