Vacation Villas at the Summit is on 178 acres in the beautiful Mississippi River Valley, surrounded by acres of undeveloped natural beauty. It offers an escape from the pressures of today's living. Enjoy our peaceful, serene setting in a natural country environment.
Each unit at Vacation Villas at The Summit offers air-conditioning, telephone, satellite television and microwave. Stairs are required to access all units and to access the upper bedroom in 2BR and3BR units. NO PETS ALLOWED. The resort requires either $100 cash security deposit or a personal check at check-in. Cash deposits will be refunded within a week ofcheck-out. The resort is located in a tranquil country setting. Activities and amenities in the surrounding area are limited. The pool, horseback riding and restaurant are seasonal, Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Pricing for a unit will range from $750.00 to $2500.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability, unit sizes and pricing.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

You must have a valid credit card, as most resorts do require one at check-in for a small, refundable security deposit.

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.

If you feel that you may need to cancel your trip for any reason, you should consider purchasing vacation insurance for an additional $100.00. There are certain exclusions to the cancellation policy in which you would not receive a refund. Please request additional information on vacation insurance if you are considering purchasing this item. If you cancel because you have changed your mind or you can no longer afford your trip, the insurance company does not feel this is a valid reason and will not pay on the cancellation
