special event weekends may be slightly higher. Changes in
reservations MUST be made no later than 14 days prior to arrival
date, through me. Deposits are non refundable.

This condo suite is a 2 bedroom lofted, two bath King size unit,
beautifully decorated in a Nautical theme. It has a fully equipped
kitchen, dinnette, living room with sleeper sofa, three TV's, DVD,VCR,
and a private deck. The main floor master bedroom has a King bed
and TV. The second floor lofted bedroom has two twin beds,(that can
be pushed together for couples),a TV, and it overlooks the main
living area. The private outdoor deck has a wood view. This unit
is located in the 'Charthouse' building which has direct indoor
access to the INDOOR POOL,HOT TUB, STEAM ROOM and Recreation Center.
It also has an outdoor pool in a quiet wooded setting. Each of the
four condo buildings also have two central lobby 'gathering areas'
with fireplaces,card tables and relaxing seating.

The Resort has its' own 'Carrington' PUB & GRILL, name after a Schooner
that sank off of Hat Island in the 1800's. Enjoy a Family Friendly atmosphere
and resonably priced menue early evening. Walk the trails along the bluff of the
Historic NIAGARA ESCARPEMENT, or just sit and watch the beautiful
sunsets while enjoying your favorite cocktail on the deck of the PUB.
The Resort also boasts 3 outdoor pools, tennis
courts, volleyball, basketball, shuffelboard, 5 hot tubs and 9
fireplaces in the common 'gathering lobbies'. (Individual condo
suites do not have fireplaces or whirlpool tubs.)

This condo unit is available for rental by the day or week.
Weekends require a two night stay.
