Situated in a breezy, beach community, Oceanside boasts one of the finest small-craft harbors on the Pacific coast. Adding to the town's vacation appeal is its location. Midway between Los Angeles and San Diego, it's within easy driving distance of Southern California's most famous amusement parks and sight-seeing attractions. Aquamarine Villas is less than two blocks from the beach, about a mile from Oceanside Pier, and only two miles from Oceanside Marina. Oceanside and the neighboring communities provide a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment choices.

All condominiums at Aquamarine Villas have a balcony, a fireplace, television, microwave and dishwasher. Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm. You must call the resort in advance for late arrival instructions. The resort does not have an elevator, and there are stairs both outside and inside the units. THE UNITS DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. No pets are allowed. There is an underground parking lot at the resort. Height limit may prevent some campers from parking in the underground parking lot. Motor homes/RV's are not permitted due to height limits. To fully enjoy your stay, having a car is recommended. The coastal rail system runs near the resort, and guests may experience some noise and vibration.

Pricing for a unit will range from $1400.00 to $2500.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability, unit sizes and pricing.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.
