INTERESTED IN VACATION RENTAL?
The property is well maintained with three outdoor pools,
an indoor pool,five hot tubs, 4 steam rooms, a video game room,
workout room, tennis courts, shuffleboard, outdoor gas grills,
restaurant and Lounge and several meeting rooms. It is the perfect
place for family gatherings, group meetings, Weddings or just a
quiet get-a-way. In Winter, you can pick up a snowmobile trail
right from the Resort, or take a short drive to one of 5 State
Parks to Cross Country Ski. The Resort is secluded in Nature at
its' best, but is only a mile from State Hyw. 42 and two
minutes from town. The Village of Egg Harbor is one of many
quaint towns to explore, with their unique shops, diverse
restaurants,wineries, local artists and theaters. Access to the
waters of the Bay of Green Bay for fishing, boating or swimming
is only minutes away from a local marina and beach.

This condo suite is a two bedroom, King size,
one bath unit decorated in a Nautical THEME. It sleeps six
with use of the sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Both bedrooms
have a king bed. This suite is all on one floor! Easy access to
the Indoor Pool or 1 of 3 outdoor pools.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator,
microwave, dishwasher and all utensils. The living room has a
TV with DVD. The Master also has a TV. The private deck
has a woodview. Individual condos do not have fireplaces or
whirlpool tubs. The entire Resort is NON-SMOKING except for
the Carrington Pub & Grill. We also offer enclosed NON-Smoking dining.

I OFFER DISCOUNTED RENTAL RATES WHEN MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH ME.
TWO NIGHT MINIMUMS. Rates may be subject to
change until confirmed with a valid credit card and are based
on availability.

Changes in reservations MUST be made no later than 7 days prior
to your arrival date, through me. Deposits are non refundable.
No shows will result in loss of deposit. WEEK LONG STAYS REQUIRE
A 30 DAY ADVANCE NOTICE TO CHANGE DATES. BASED ON AVAILABILITY.

me and when you pick an available date, I make the reservation for
you and notify you of the reservation number. You make the deposit
directly with the Resort.
