Vacation Village in the Berkshires - Timeshare Rental

Commanding a stunning view of the Jiminy Peak ski area, your luxury resort home at Vacation Village will also serve as your gateway to all that the Berkshires has to offer. The area has been a center for dance and the fine arts since the turn of the century. Hear the Boston Symphony at their summer home, Tanglewood, or attend a performance at the Williamstown Theatre. The Norman Rockwell museum as well as many other cultural and historical locales can be accessed easily. During ski season, Jiminy Peak provides an array of slopes to entice any level of skier as well as both day and night skiing. Your luxury accomodations at Vacation Village will include a full or partial kitchen with a microwave oven. All units also come with cable and VCR. Laundry facilities are located on each floor for your convenience. All units have a balcony or patio and a fireplace. -pets are not allowed. There will be on-going construction at the resort from 7:30am - 3:00pm daily. Resort requires a US$150 security deposit at check-in. This can be paid via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or cash. The deposit is refunded upon check-out. If a specific unit number is not provided at the time of confirmation, please do not contact the resort more than 30 days prior to arrival date for unit assignment.

Pricing for a unit will range from $650.00 to $2000.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability and pricing.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

You must have a valid credit card, as most resorts do require one at check-in for a small, refundable security deposit.

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.

There are certain exclusions to the cancellation policy in which you would not receive a refund.
