Laguna Shores - Timeshare Rental

Take a leisurely break this year in Laguna Shores, located 250 feet from the ocean in Laguna Beach. A cultural haven, the town boasts dozens of galleries and art shows from which to choose. Ballet and theater are also prominent in the area. Often compared to the beaches of the French Riviera, those in Laguna Beach invite both sunbathing and water sports. Golf, tennis, and horseback riding are other pleasurable options. Not far from Laguna are favorite sight-seeing attractions, such as Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, San Diego Zoo, Newport Fun Zone, and Balboa Island.

THE CITY OF LAGUNA BEACH REQUIRES A TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX TO BE COLLECTED BY THE RESORT PER UNIT PER DAY. Please call the resort for details. Tax is subject t ochange without notice. With the exception of 3 units, all units at Laguna Shores have a full kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The remaining 3 have only a microwave oven and a small refrigerator. Some units are air-conditioned. All units have a television. The resort has two floors and no elevator. Full maid service is provided before arrival. Fresh towels are provided daily. Additional maid service is available for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the units

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.
