Mazatlan, 'pearl of the Pacific,' is home to Balboa Towers, which is located on the beach and boasts a view of offshore islands. Miles of powdery sand entice sunbathers; the ocean promises deep-sea fishing, and the Sierra Madre range offers adventure for hunters and photographers. Some units have ocean views and others have mountain views.
Balboa Towers has two pools and is located on the beach with restaurant, bar, travel agent, gift shop, shopping center and twenty four hour security. You can also join us in the many exciting activities, such as Water Sports, Fishing, Hunting, Golf, Tennis, City Tours and much much more!


Pricing for a unit will range from $750.00 to $1750.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability, unit sizes and pricing.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

You must have a valid credit card, as most resorts do require one at check-in for a small, refundable security deposit.

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.
