Sapphire Beach Club - Timeshare Rental

Situated on beautiful Cupecoy Beach and surrounded by a tropical garden, Sapphire Beach Club is the prime spot for a perfect vacation on Sint Maarten. The resort offers luxurious apartments and villas with well-equipped kitchens, marble bathrooms, and private balconies with views of the ocean or Simpson Bay. You will find shops, a casino, and nightlife within a few minutes' drive of lively Maho.
Your air-conditioned unit at Sapphire Beach Club includes a telephone, television, VCP, safety deposit box and a partial kitchen with a microwave oven. The Government imposes a timeshare occupancy tax which the resort must collect upon arrival. This tax is $50 per unit per week, additionally a surcharge of $7.50 per day is collected.. A credit card imprint will be taken at check-in for phone and security deposit. **Cupecoy Beach is an optional nude beach.** Due to occasional high tides, the beach may be diminished at times. However, there is easy access to another beach which is within walking distance. U.S. & Canadian citizens are required to show proof of citizenship and a return ticket. The units are cleaned 6 days out of 7, pets are accepted if they are kept on a leash. A video club and excursion office are on-site. A departure tax of $30 per person, is charged when leaving the island.
