Land of Canaan Vacation Resort - Timeshare Rental

Homespun hospitality and the natural beauty of West Virginia's Potomac Highlands make each day special at Land of Canaan Vacation Resort Inc. The surrounding landscape is an unspoiled collage of forested mountains, cascading waterfalls, and glass-clear rivers. Summer visitors can sun and swim in the resort's heated outdoor pool or relax in the whirlpool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Golfers will enjoy the challenge of the 18-hole course at Canaan Valley State Park. In winter, the resort is within minutes of two ski areas--Canaan Valley and Timberline.
Each vacation unit has a fireplace. Units have a TV, VCR, dishwasher, garbage disposal & a microwave. Most units also have a whirlpool tub. Air conditioning is available June-August only. All units are 2 BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 6 and have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sized sleep sofa. Contact the resort in advance to reserve rental equipment such as roll away beds, porta-cribs, etc. No pets are allowed at the resort. Resort charges US$50 security deposit. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Resort has 2 floors - no elevators.

Pricing for a unit will range from $750.00 to $2500.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability, unit sizes and pricing.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

You must have a valid credit card, as most resorts do require one at check-in for a small, refundable security deposit.

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.

If you feel that you may need to cancel your trip for any reason, you should consider purchasing vacation insurance for an additional $100.00. There are certain exclusions to the cancellation policy in which you would not receive a refund. Please request additional information on vacation insurance if you are considering purchasing this item. If you cancel because you have changed your mind or you can no longer afford your trip, the insurance company does not feel this is a valid reason and will not pay on the cancellation
