Tucked within the Shenandoah Valley, Mountainside Villas at Massanutten offers a wide variety of activities. During ski season (mid-December to mid-March), skiers will be thrilled with the ski area's 1,195 foot vertical drop. In summer, golfers will enjoy the two 18-hole golf courses, putting green, driving range, and pro shop. The recreational complexes offer indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, racquetball, fitness equipment, and saunas. Fishing ponds, volleyball courts, and a playground are on site. A state-of-the-art, year-round water park is also located on site.
**WATERPARK WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL EARLY 2006! THERE ARE MANY STEPS LEADING TO ALMOST EVERY UNIT AS WELL AS STAIRS TO SECOND LEVEL. GUEST NAMES MUST APPEAR ON CONFIRMATION IN ORDER TO NOT BE CHARGED THE $3.00 FEE FOR US OF THE OUTDOOR POOL (PER DAY). MOTORCYCLES, BOATS, TRAILERS, RV'S OR ANY OTHER OVERSIZED VEHICLES ARE NOT PERMITTED ON SITE.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.
