Situated only three miles south of Myrtle Beach, the family entertainment capital of the Southeast, Presidential Villas at Plantation Resort puts you within one mile of Atlantic Ocean beaches. On site, enjoy the million dollar swimming pool, Lazy River, and health club. Myrtle Beach offers nearly 120 golf courses, music theaters, the NASCAR Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, and 1,800 restaurants. Don't miss the Pavilion, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing.
Your vacation home at Presidential Villas Plantation Rst includes A/C, cable T.V., switchboard phone, microwave oven, whirlpool and washer/dryer. You will also enjoy the outdoor pool, lazy river, indoorpool, weight room, sauna, and steam room. Beach shuttle service available Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The golf course on site is affiliated with the Resort. All Bike weeks have a US$35-$70 cash non- refundable trailer parking fee. Please contact Resort for further details. Trailers must be parked in designated areas on the Resort and not in the Villa parking lots. NO PETS ALLOWED!! A US$100 security deposit is required at Check-in. A car is a MUST to fully enjoy the area. Absolutely no upgrades March through October. Fees apply when upgrades are available.
