The surrounding landscape boasts natural lava rock gardens with an assortment of Hawaii's beautiful flowering trees and shrubs. Every unit at Mauna Loa Village by the Seais air-conditioned and has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and microwave oven. They also have television with cable, and a washer/dryer. Some rooms are bi-level and require one flight of stairs. Check in is between 4:00 and 8:00. If you are arriving after 8:00 Hawaii Standard Time, you must contact the resort prior to your arrival date. A credit card is required at check in. No pets are allowed. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the island. There is fee for tennis which varies by season. Check with resort. All Hawaii resorts will be charging a Transient Accommodations Tax for timeshare rooms, this tax will probably range fromUS$10-US$30 per room confirmed, and will be collected by the Resort. Non-smoking units are available upon request.
