Situated in the Arkansas foothills of the Ozark Mountains, Fairfield Bay offers the perfect opportunity for rest and relaxation. Located on 40,000-acre Greer's Ferry Lake, the resort has a full-service marina and covers more than 14,000 acres, largely left undeveloped to preserve the natural beauty. The on-site tennis center and golf courses have been rated among the best in the state. A riding stable, four outdoor pools, indoor pool, fitness center, and miniature golf course are on site as well. Area attractions include Blanchard Springs Caverns and the Ozark Folk Center. Branson is 125 miles away.
All units feature air-conditioning, cable television, and a washer/dryer. Some units have a whirlpool bath, and a fireplace. No pets are allowed. Contact the resort for a schedule of amenity fees. Weather permitting, outdoor pools are open May through September. A US$100 damage deposit is required. A car is necessary to get to most of the amenities at the resort. The resort is located in a 'dry county'. Bicycles are not recommended due to the hilly terrain. Tee times may be made up to 7 days prior to arrival. Youth programs available from June to August. The resort has 3 floors - no elevator.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.
