ALL UNITS at Grand Lake have AC and laundry facilities. STUDIO UNITS (325 sq. feet) OCC: maximum 2 have 1 full bath, partial kitchen, and pull down murphy bed. 1BR UNITS (701 sq. feet) OCC: maximum 4 full kitchen, 1 bath, king bed and murphy bed. 2 BR UNITS (1075 sq feet) OCC: maximum 6 have full kitchen, 2 full baths, 1 king bed in the master BR, twin beds in 2nd bedroom, and murphy bed in living room.

Pricing for a unit will range from $850.00 to $2500.00 depending on factors such as seasonal rates and unit size. Please email for availability, unit sizes and pricing.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.

If you feel that you may need to cancel your trip for any reason, you should consider purchasing vacation insurance for an additional $100.00. There are certain exclusions to the cancellation policy in which you would not receive a refund.
