Off the well-beaten path of country singing celebrities and family entertainers lies a community south of the renowned Highway 76. The land claims host to Fairfield Branson. Close by, resort guests can enjoy relaxing days fishing at lakes, horseback riding, or playing tennis or golf. Evenings on the main strip of Branson provide foot-stomping fun as music theaters and attractions illuminate the streets with their neon glow. The resort is comprised of three sections located within several miles of each other. Various amenities are available and a shuttle bus is available
Fairfield Branson: Meadows, Falls and Mountain Vista Resorts: Each unit has air-conditioning, washer/dryer, microwave, TV,telephone, whirlpool tub and a porch or a balcony. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. A credit card imprint is required at check-in. Units with a Friday check-in have NO elevators- only stairs. If elevator access is a necessity, please call 800/681-9540 to make a request. Limited units are enabled for WIFI access for a fee, please call the resort for information. A shuttle bus is available to and from amenities. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
THE RESORT CANNOT PROVIDE UNIT UPGRADES OR CHANGES. RESORT IS COMPRISED OF 3 RESORTS LOCATED WITHIN SEVERAL MILES OF EACH OTHER. AMENITIES VARY AT EACH LOCATION. A SHUTTLE BUS IS AVAILABLE TO AMENITIES. UNITS WITH FRIDAY CHECK IN HAVE STAIRS WITH NO ELEVATORS. UNITS WITH SATURDAY OR SUNDAY CHECK-IN HAVE ELEVATOR ACCESS. All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

You must have a valid credit card, as most resorts do require one at check-in for a small, refundable security deposit.

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.

If you feel that you may need to cancel your trip for any reason, you should consider purchasing vacation insurance for an additional $100.00. There are certain exclusions to the cancellation policy in which you would not receive a refund.
