The resort is located on the western edge of Sedona on 19 beautiful acres. Paddle Tennis anyone? You don't have to leave the resort to enjoy a little action or exercise on the court! Enclosed paddle tennis and basketball courts are located right on the resort grounds for your convenience. If that doesn't cure your needs for a little competition, how about horseshoes or badminton? Or, grab your putter (or borrow one of ours) and head to the 18-hole miniature golf course. If golfing is your passion, there are a number of beautiful courses in the Sedona and surrounding area which are open to the public and we'd be more than happy to assist in setting up a tee-time for you!
We wanted to make sure you didn't miss too many of your entertainment toys from home, so we've include a 25' color TV with remote, a VCR and an AM/FM Stereo CD player in your living room entertainment center! Our cottage living rooms are elegantly appointed with a comfortable 'Sedona' style queen sleeper couch and lounge chair.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.

If you feel that you may need to cancel your trip for any reason, you should consider purchasing vacation insurance for an additional $100.00. There are certain exclusions to the cancellation policy in which you would not receive a refund. If you cancel because you have changed your mind or you can no longer afford your trip, the insurance company does not feel this is a valid reason and will not pay on the cancellation. **
