Plaza Suite Hotel Resort - Timeshare Rental

The Plaza Suite Hotel is located downtown in the Warehouse district within blocks of the French Quarter, Harrah's Casino, the Aquarium of Americas, Riverwalk Marketplace, Morial Convention Center, the St. Charles Canal, and Riverfront street cars. Numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance, as are taxi, bus, and street-car routes for transportation. Some tours provide pick-up service. The resort has a tropical hot tub area, an atrium with glass skylights on the second floor, and 24-hour security gates. The resort is historically preserved and is more than 100 years old.
Each unit at the Plaza Suite Hotel Resort is air-conditioned and has a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. Unit amenities include telephone w/voicemail, TV, VCR, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, blender & toaster. All units have sleeper sofas. Studio OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 have 1 bath and 1 king bed. 1BR OCC: Max 4/Pri 2 or Max 4/ Pri 4 have 1 bath and 1 king or queen bed.1BR loft OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 or Max 6/Pri 6 have 2 baths, king or queen beds down- stairs and queen or 2 twins upstairs. 2BR OCC: Max 6/Pri 4 have 2 baths and kingor queen bed. The building is historically preserved and is over 100 years old. The resort has elevators and free on-site laundry. The resort does NOT have a handicap unit. During hurricane season, resort will evacuate if voluntary evacuation is suggested. NO pets allowed. Credit card deposit of US$70 is required at check-in as damage deposit and refunded at check-out. This urban resort does not have private parking, the resort has contracted out with a parking garage located offsite which offers 24 hour access year round at a minimal rate.

THERE IS A US$12 FEE PER DAY TO PARK NEAR THE RESORT. THERE IS NO HANDICAPPED UNIT AT THIS RESORT!! IF INBOUND EXPECTS A LATE ARRIVAL AFTER 11:00PM, PLEASE CONTACT THE RESORT IN ADVANCE. MOST RESORTS ARE RESTORED HISTORICAL BUILDINGS THAT REFLECT THE CHARM AND HISTORY OF THE CITY. THEY HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO OFFER COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS THAT ARE TYPICALLY SMALLER AND HOLD AN AUTHENTIC APPEARANCE. DUE TO THE CITIES ATTRACTIONS, MOST PROPERTIES OFFER FEWER ON-SITE AMENITIES. MOST UNITS DO NOT HAVE WINDOWS TO THE OUTSIDE. THEY OPEN TO A CENTRAL ATRIUM. A SELECT FEW DO NOT HAVE ANY WINDOWS AT ALL, DUE TO A CONNECTING PARTY WALL.
