Set in historic Williamsburg, Powhatan Plantation combines the American past and present with ease. The Manor House dates from the Colonial era. Most of the villas include fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers in all units, and balconies, whirlpool baths, and fireplaces in most. Four swimming pools, three hot tubs, a fitness center, hiking trails, tennis and racquetball courts, volleyball and basketball courts, picnic areas, and organized activities are all available to you when you stay at Powhatan Plantation.

All units are rented in weekly increments. If you are interested in a unit for a couple of days, you will have to rent it for the entire week

You must have a valid credit card, as most resorts do require one at check-in for a small, refundable security deposit.

Most resorts do not allow pets

We cannot guarantee preferences such as smoking/non-smoking room, specific view, floor level, etc. These are floating units and as such do not guarantee a room preference.

There are certain exclusions to the cancellation policy in which you would not receive a refund.
