Our Rental inventory at Christmas Mountain available dates through November 22, 2008.

We think that this is a great web site, but in an effort to try and avoid any confusion on rental rates please note that the way that this web site is set up, it only allows us to post one rental price in the heading portion, and not the full range of our rental rates for off season and high demand prime season weeks.

Our rental pricing starts at only $199* per Full week for Off Season weeks* and up, ( but not including the resorts mandatory housekeeping fees to be paid by you) . Prices depend of course on the seasons and unit types that are listed below for your inspection and consideration. Those off season weeks would be mostly Non Holiday weeks in November, December and March but would include a few last minute specials. If you do not see the week you want call Bruce Directly between 8 AM to 8 PM CST at 1-262-878-7566.


We are Pay Pal verified with our Pay Pal Premier account so you can pay us with Pay Pal. Please call us before sending us payment to make sure that the confirmed reservation that you want is still available.

We usually have about 30 to 35 reservations at Christmas Mountain at any one time and about 90 to 100 reservations per year. Below is a list of what is not available for rent. What is not listed is what is has been already rented or deposited. Our inventory changes almost every week. So check this ad daily or email us directly for updates on this and our other resort rentals. For special requests for a unit or reservation date that we do not have reserved please note item 5B towards the bottom of this ad.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE, in order to try to be fair to all interested potential interested renters the first prospective tenant to send the landlord payment in full will secure the unit for their use. Other later arriving payments will be returned. The EARLIEST POSTMARK gets our unit if two checks arrive for the same confirmed reservation unit- check in date.

Weeks are considered to be Off Season weeks are November and early December weeks after the prime summer and fall color weeks have passed. Thanksgiving or other Holiday weeks are not considered as off season weeks.
Also the pre Spring 'Mud” weeks we would consider to be off season weeks except for Presidents Week, Easter and Spring break holiday weeks.

Please note that as per the resorts rules, absolutely no animals of any kind are allowed ( excepting Service Dogs) in any of our resort’s units. Violate this rule and you will have to leave and face up to a $250 or more sanitizing cleaning charges and in addition the LOSS of your security deposit.

Almost of our Cottage units listed as CT # are 2 bedrooms sleep 6, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, etc and has earned RCI’s rating of a Silver Crown Resort. There are a Few 2 bedroom 2 bath room Cottages.

All Of our OAK Timber units listed as TM # are 2 bedrooms sleep 6, with 2 BATHROOMS, whirlpool tub, in unit washer-dryer-gas fireplace and a large screened in porch and has earned RCI’s rating of a Silver Crown Resort. They are 38% larger than the 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom Cottages when you count the Oak Timbers screened in porch.

Please note that all of the Christmas Mountain Cottage and Oak Timber rental prices shown above do not include the resorts housekeeping charges per reservation. The housekeeping fees for the Cottages is $48. per reservation and $50. for our Oak Timbers per reservation. The other units listed do not have those Housekeeping fees.

5B. In most cases for special request for a non existing reservation check in date that we do not have a confirmed reservation for, there is no charge to have us check for availability for your special request.

But a $200 good faith Pay Pal Good Faith down payment is required before we will CANCEL one of OUR confirmed high demand reservations and try for a period of 7 days after the Pay Pal good faith down payment is received to reserve that special request time period.

The main reason for this policy is that we may have already reserved a different hard to reserve high demand week and would have to cancel that high demand week to try and accommodate your request.

It is to be clearly understood by both parties that this rental agreement is non cancelable during that 7 day time period in order to be fair to the owners so their efforts and time is not wasted by people who can not commit.

Once the confirmed reservation is made the renter-tenet after being emailed is to send in the remaining balance due with in 48 hours.


We suggest contacting us at least 6 months ahead want if you want a reservation for a certain Summer , Holiday or any prime high demand vacationing week reserved at Christmas Mountain ( or for any of our other resorts).

Then you will have a better chance of avoiding vacation disappointment due to a lack of unit inventory availability if you try to make that reservation at a later date closer to the check in date that you needed or wanted. .

We will of course need your name, address and phone to put on any rental agreement quote. Standard In All COTTAGE Units. All COTTAGE units are all one level first floor units. All units have Central Air Conditioning.

Fully equipped kitchen with efficiency stove, dishwasher, microwave and Full refrigerator. Dinning area table with chairs. Also 2 folding chairs in storage closet.

A telephone is located in the living room. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa that sleeps two, one stuffed chair and a coffee table, ceiling fan, fireplace, television and VCR player.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, full dresser, two end tables, clock radio and a television.

The full bathroom also has a hair dryer. The second Bedroom has two twin beds.

Also included is toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry baskets, towels, glassware, paper towels, broom and dust pan, mop and bucket, pots and pans, toaster/toaster oven, hand and dish washing soap, vacuum cleaner, bed linen, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, silver ware, iron and ironing board.

These Cottage units unlike our Oak Timber units listed below these Cottage listings have no washer or dryer but 4 complementary laundry tokens are given out for the resorts laundry facilities.

All check in times are for 3:00 PM and all check out times are for 10:00 AM.

All the Cottage units listed directly are 650 square feet and have 2 bedrooms to sleep 6, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, etc and have earned RCI’s second highest rating of a Silver Crown Resort.

All the Oak Timber units listed are 900 square feet when counting the screen porch and have earned RCI’s high rating of a Silver Crown Resort. They are in the least congested area of the resort and all Oak Timber units have at least a partial view of the resorts golf course.
